I have uploded here is one horoscope that I came across. Let us do some analysis.
For any horoscope, the first thing to note is the stength of Lagna or Ascendant (the first house) and its lord as the strength of first house determines how much one is able to accomplish in this life.
Here, lagna is scorpio, occuppied by tenth lord sun. Though sun is a malefic, it is friend of Lagna lord Mars and Lagna is also aspected by Lagna lord from the 6th. Sun is also in Vargottam(same sign in both rashi and navamsa). Navamsa lagna is capricon and is occuppied by venus and aspected by Jupiter. So overall the lagna is moderately strong. The presence of Sun and aspect of Mars gives the person, a lot of courage, leadership qualities, strong and healthy body. Sun in the lagna is not that good for eyesight as sun rules eyes as well. So the person might have spectacles early in life. Scoprio lagna makes people do more harm to themselves than by others. The person will be fiery nature due to the presence of sun and the aspect of Mars to Lagna. The presence of Sun aspected by Mars could make the person suffer from Head aches. He loves hilly areas and he likes being the leader within the group. On the negative side this can also increase the ego and a strong independent nature. In relationships, they tend to be the controlling person.
We will talk more about the education and marriage of this person later.
Interesting observations -
Based on my experience, I found that there exist a strong attraction when the man's mars and women's venus are in the same sun sign or oppsite signs. Do your own research and see whether my observation is correct.

JGD Shyam, thanks a lot for this analysis - it is a great learning experience for beginners like me. I was just looking at the 5th house - it is ruled by Juptiter, which is normally a good ruler for the 5th, but Jupiter here is debilitated in Capricorn. Jupiter is in the house of Saturn, a natural and temporal enemy of Jupiter, so it becomes even weaker. Saturn is a natural malefic and also rules the 3rd house, so it is a strong malefic. The 5th house is further weakened since it is apsected by Saturn.
Is this correct so far? :) If so, it seems like there will be some problem related to children. Dasha of Jupiter starts at age 19 so would it be correct to say that in Ju/Ju and/or Ju/Sa periods there were some problems related to childbirth?
Would love to have your analysis on this.

Your analysis is right on. However before you do an analysis for children, one would want to see the strength of the house of marriage. We need to ascertain whether this person will get married.
Yes I agree. the 5th house is weak since Jupiter is in debility, with Venus. Also from Moon (Moon is considered as the second lagna), 5th is occuppied by Ketu. Also all the benefic planets (jupiter, Venus and Mercury) are in the 3-12 houses thus reducing the strength of the horoscope. Hence the person may not enjoy the happiness from Children. This could be in different ways
1. Not having children or having children very late in life.
2. If have children, then as you mentioned, there could be problems related to childbirth.
Reality is that this person is not married inspite of great efforts from her parents and herself. So now, let us do an analysis and see whether she will get married at all. Why dont you put your analysis?

It's really great to be learning from you online :) Regarding marriage: in the Navamsha, Moon is the ruler of 7th but it is quite weak as it is debilitated and also with Ketu and aspected by Rahu. In the Rashi chart, Venus is the ruler of 7th and one factor in its favor is that it is in the same sign in Rashi and Navamsha. However, some factors which weaken it are that it is with debilitated Jupiter, a natural enemy, and also the fact that it is ruled by Saturn (ruler of 3rd) which by its nature will bring some delay. Also, Venus is also ruler of 12th, the house of loss. Also, I noticed that debilitated Jupiter is aspecting the 7th and had a question on that: will it create further difficulties for marriage, or will it give good results but to a very limited extent, because of debility? Also, can we also say that Mars aspecting 7th in navamsha could tend to bring some tension into relationships?

Here is my two cents on the marriage aspect.
The seventh house is aspected by natural malefic sun and subject to Papakartari yoga. Hence the delay.
However there is the aspect of weak Jupiter on the house and it is also associated with Venus. So there is hope for marriage.
It is also likely that the native may have had proposal/love from a relative(distant cousin like). Notice that this is a 5th lord and seventh lord combination in the third house.
She is running Jup-Rah.
Jup as already noticed aspects the seventh house. Rahu's dispositor is Jupiter and must give results like Jup. Also note that in Navamsha Rahu is with 3rd lord Jup in 5th house and they both aspect the seventh lord of navamsha ie moon. Jup also aspect Ven in Navamsha lagna. Jup-Rah-Ven seems promising which will start from Dec-07 to Apr-08
In Gochara Sat is in 7th and very soon benefic Jup will aspect the same from 11th.
With my limited knowledge my guess is its going to be Jup-Rah-Ven or Jup-Rah-Mo. Overall 2008 is promising. Wouldnt be surprised if marriage is to some distant relative.

I think your analysis is very good. I think her only hope for getting married is in Jup - Rahu. Sat period will be very difficult, given the position of Saturn in 8th and with Ketu. I also agree that there is a possibility of distant relative. But, I am not very sure whether the combination is strong enough to bring her to marriage or whether that will remain more like an affair.
